I stand by my KrisChris bags and want you to feel confident about your purchase.  Your bag has been crafted with my hands and my machines and the nicest materials I can find, but I’m human and things happen!  

If anything needs repair or replacement after normal use within the first 3 years of ownership please send me an email and I will repair it free of charge. You pay to ship it to me and I will fix it and send it back to you for free. 

I guarantee the hardware, like the zippers, rivets, purse feet, and snaps.  I also guarantee straps and stitching.  For things that are dependent on the user such as fabric stains, tears, and snags I am sorry to be unable to fix those-  but can gladly help guide you on how to best care for your bag to extend its life.
